Let’s discuss a few details about your new account, what you can expect, and how we will communicate. Communication Guidelines

I know texting is the way of the world today, and I’d love to, but in order to keep track of all requests, we cannot accept requests via messenger & sms text messages, or phone calls. Our office hours are 9-5pm EST. If you ever want to run ideas by me, you can do so by texting me 843-364-8829.

Invoicing/Late Fees

For late payments you will be charged a 5% late fee after 5 days of nonpayment.


In order to hold our team accountable, we ask that you please turn in requested items no later than 3 days of our team requesting information from you.

Additional Work/Scope Creeping

Work requests beyond what we agreed to, will be charged by the hour, $125/hour.

Ticket Submission

Change requests, project requests, inquiries, etc, must all be sent in via the ticketing system. If there isn’t a ticket submitted, we cannot honor the request. Please bookmark this page.

Open Office Hours Policy

You can schedule a client planning session once per month on our open office hours schedule.
